Healing Sound Bath and Morning Kirtan at Sierraville Hot Springs

Saturday Evening: This restorative sound healing offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. It will begin with pulling cards and intention setting, followed by relaxing into the healing vibrations of the sound bath. Jen and Mike will use a full 432 hz crystal singing bowl set, drums, chimes, vocals and a variety of other instruments to facilitate this healing session.

Sunday Morning: Start your morning with a musical meditation. We’ll do about 20 minutes of kirtan chanting, followed by a healing sound bath. In short, kirtan is devotional chanting. It is a musical conversation between you and whatever you believe in. This will be a very safe space, and all levels are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you can sing or not! Just bring your beautiful self and be open to the experience and you will get exactly what you need from it.
