The Schedule
We'll be meeting Saturday, December 7th from
10am - 6pm. You'll want to make sure you can be there for everything... you won't want to miss out on all of the magical stuff we have planned for you!
What We'll Be Doing
We'll be meeting at The Yoga Center in Reno, Nevada. This space is quiet, tranquil and healing.

Gentle Yoga + Breathwork

Jen will guide you through a healing yoga and breathwork practice that will help you cultivate deep inner calm, release what is no longer serving you, and relax your entire body. This session will be good for all levels... no experience necessary!
Meditation and Chanting
​
Tapping into our voices and quieting the chaos of the outside world, you'll find deep connection with yourself and your new retreat friends in these guide meditation and chanting sessions. AND, you'll be sent home with a playlist so you can keep doing them after the retreat!
Reiki Healing
​
Enjoy the healing power of Holy Fire Reiki in a magical reiki healing session. Whether you're seeking to release stress, foster emotional clarity, or connect more deeply with your higher self, this session offers a truly transformative experience in a serene, nurturing environment.
Sound Bath
​
Enjoy a healing sound bath, designed to release stress, anxiety and self doubt. We'll work to clear and open the 7 chakras, so you feel ready to tackle life and whatever comes after the retreat. You'll leave the Elevate retreat feeling rejuvenated and elevated.
Crafts!
​
Connect with your inner child and have fun with your new friends during our craft time! We'll be doing something fun, that connects you to your Elevate intention and gives you something to take home with you and remind you of your time in this retreat. It's going to be a lot of fun!
