Cancellation Policy for Events

At Intuitive Jen, our events are crafted with care, intention, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful experiences. To honor the time, energy, and resources poured into each gathering, we’ve created a cancellation policy that supports both you and our team.

Cancellations:

• 72+ hours before the event – Full refund

• 48–72 hours before the event – 50% refund

• Less than 48 hours before the event – No refund
   

Requesting a Credit:
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel and would like to request a credit toward a future event, please email us at support@intuitivejen.com. While we can’t guarantee approval, we’re happy to review each request on a case-by-case basis.
