Healing Breathwork and Sound Bath

Kristen from Breathe.in Be and I are coming together to hold space and create magic with you!

Join us for an afternoon of healing breathwork and a rejuvenating sound bath. We'll begin with guided breathwork, and then set intentions and get cozy to receive sound healing. Kristen will guide the breathwork session and Jen will use vocals, gongs, drums, chimes and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set for the sound bath. This is going to be a transformative session!
