Cancellation Policy for Events

We get it—life happens, and sometimes things shift. At Intuitive Jen, we pour our heart and soul into creating meaningful, energetically aligned experiences for our community. That’s why we have a cancellation policy that honors both your time and the energy we invest in each event.
 

🌿 Cancel 72+ hours before the event? You'll receive a full refund.

🌿 Cancel between 48–72 hours? You'll receive a 50% refund.

🌿 Cancel less than 48 hours before? Unfortunately, refunds aren't available due to the preparation that goes into holding sacred space for you.
 

✨ Need to cancel and hoping for a credit? We get it—things happen. We consider credit requests on a case-by-case basis. Just email us at support@intuitivejen.com, and we’ll lovingly take a look.
 

Please understand that refunds and credits are not guaranteed for late cancellations, as so much intention and energy goes into planning ahead of time.
