Working with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, vocals and more... Jen will support you in setting intentions for this upcoming Full Moon in Capricorn and tuning you in to the frequencies of letting go and releasing what no longer serves you. The Full "buck moon" is believed to symbolize a period of increased change and self-discovery, and this full moon may inspire you to tap into your inner strength and intuitive wisdom, and navigate challenges with self-control and compassion.

The sound healing instruments she uses work with your chakras (energy centers), helping to move a lot of energy quickly, clear any blockages, and help you release anything you've been holding onto that is no longer serving you.
