This restorative sound healing offers a container for deep rejuvenation, energetic alignment and a place to release that which is no longer serving you. It will begin with card pulling and intention setting, followed by getting cozy in a restorative yoga pose that supports your intentions.
Jen will use oracle cards, intention setting and a full 432hz crystal singing bowl set (and lots of other instruments and vocals! to facilitate this healing session.
